​I’m Elly Koopman, founder of Montanos Felis, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple industries and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
​My career began at Norwich Union (now Aviva) in Group Personal Pensions, offering an early insight into corporate life. From there, I moved into hospitality, where I progressed to management and launched my own accommodation business—achieving a 4-star Visit Britain rating within six months. Hospitality taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and adaptability, qualities that remain at the heart of my work today.

After relocating to the North West, I broadened my experience through roles in facilities, construction, and industrial hire before spending six years in automotive engineering. During this time, I supported everyone from guests and customers to engineers and the C-suite at one of the world’s most iconic brands.

In 2021, I founded Montanos Felis to offer flexible, tailored consultancy services. Since then, I’ve partnered with companies in energy solutions, automotive engineering, built environments (planning), and med-tech start-ups. Each project has strengthened my ability to deliver practical, results-driven support.
